Cyber Risk Defense Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant will focus on Splunk and Cribl engineering and administration, managing an enterprise Splunk environment to support cyber threat missions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects, applying deep expertise and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
• Lead proactive monitoring and response to cyber threats, effectively communicating findings to non-technical audiences
• Drive the development of intellectual capital within the Cyber Risk Defense Center through process improvements and training initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, including two (2) years in information security or network engineering
• At least two (2) years in an informal leadership role working with project or technical teams
• Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
• Possession of Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s) is preferred
