Cyber Risk Defense Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant will manage Splunk and Cribl Enterprise engineering and administration, ensuring the security of data, systems, and networks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects, coordinating resources and promoting adherence to procedures and policies
• Lead proactive monitoring and response to cyber threats, communicating findings to non-technical audiences
• Drive the development of security processes and procedures, including incident detection and response plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, including at least two (2) years in information security or network engineering
• Minimum two (2) years in an informal leadership role with project or technical teams
• Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
• Possess Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s)
