Job Summary
To enhance the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time remote Cyber Risk Defense Consultant will manage an enterprise Splunk environment, oversee security data integrity, and lead investigations into cyber threats.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts and oversees business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to procedures and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
- Leads proactive monitoring and response to cyber threats, communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Facilitates collaboration between teams to improve security posture and coordinates responses to high-impact cyber security incidents
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, including two (2) years in information security or network engineering
- Minimum two (2) years in an informal leadership role working with project or technical teams
- Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
- Possess Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s)
