Job Summary
To support the expansion of the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant will manage enterprise Splunk and Cribl engineering and administration, focusing on cyber threat missions and ensuring the integrity and reliability of security data, systems, and networks in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects, applying deep expertise to develop work plans and promote adherence to policies
- Lead proactive monitoring and response to emerging threats, coordinating incident response and resolution efforts
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and management, driving process improvements and training initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, including at least two (2) years in information security or network engineering
- Experience in an informal leadership role with project or technical teams for at least two (2) years
- Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
- Possess Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s)
