Job Summary
To enhance the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant will manage Splunk and Cribl Enterprise engineering and administration, focusing on cyber threat missions and ensuring the integrity and security of data, systems, and networks in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects and promote adherence to policies while coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
- Lead proactive monitoring and response to cyber threats, effectively communicating findings to non-technical audiences
- Drive the development of security processes and procedures, including incident detection and response plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, with at least two (2) years in information security or network engineering
- Two (2) years in an informal leadership role working with project or technical teams
- Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
- Possess Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s)
