Cyber Risk Defense Consultant V

Job Summary

To enhance the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant V will manage the engineering and administration of Splunk and Cribl, focusing on cyber threat missions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to policies and coordinating resources to achieve organizational goals
• Lead proactive monitoring and response to cyber threats, communicating findings effectively to non-technical audiences
• Drive the development of security processes, including incident detection and response plans, while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, with at least two (2) years in information security or network engineering
• Two (2) years in an informal leadership role with project or technical teams
• Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
• Possess Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s)
