Cyber Risk Defense Consultant V

Job Summary

To support the expansion of the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant V will manage enterprise Splunk and Cribl engineering and administration, focusing on cyber threat missions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects, applying deep expertise to promote adherence to procedures and develop work plans
• Lead proactive monitoring and response to known or emerging threats against the network, effectively communicating findings to non-technical audiences
• Coordinate the response and resolution of high-impact cyber security incidents, including leading complex data analyses and incident detection processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, including at least two (2) years in information security or network engineering
• Minimum two (2) years in an informal leadership role working with project or technical teams
• Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments
• Possess Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s)
