Cyber Risk Defense Principal
Job Summary
To enhance the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time Cyber Risk Defense Principal will develop advanced machine learning solutions on the Splunk Enterprise platform, focusing on cyber threat detection and compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of multiple work streams by developing procedures, translating business strategies, and guiding performance
- Lead proactive monitoring and response to cyber threats while effectively communicating findings to non-technical audiences
- Serve as a subject matter expert in complex data analyses and coordinate responses to high-impact cybersecurity incidents
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in IT or a related field, including at least four (4) years in information security or network engineering
- Minimum four (4) years in an informal leadership role working with project or technical teams
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and Python development
- Knowledge of clinical systems and workflows is essential
