Cyber Risk Defense Principal

Job Summary

To enhance the Cyber Risk Defense program, the full-time salaried Cyber Risk Defense Principal will manage the development of advanced machine learning solutions on the Splunk Enterprise platform, focusing on cyber threat detection and compliance across clinical systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive execution of multiple work streams by developing policies, measuring progress, and guiding performance
• Lead proactive monitoring and response to emerging threats against the network, including complex data analyses for security event management
• Facilitate collaboration between teams to improve security posture and resolve high-impact cyber security incidents

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in IT or a related field, including four (4) years in information security or network engineering
• Four (4) years in an informal leadership role working with project or technical teams
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and Python development
• Knowledge of clinical systems and workflows
