Cyber Risk Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading a multidisciplinary team, the full-time Manager Cyber Risk Management will oversee cyber defense platforms, analytics automation, and incident response efforts while working remotely, except for certain locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team focused on detection engineering, platform implementation, and automation capabilities to ensure proactive threat identification and neutralization
• Collaborate with Security Operations and Incident Response teams to deliver high-quality services that enhance threat detection and response
• Drive transformation initiatives across people, processes, and technology to achieve measurable security outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity or cyber risk management, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in detection engineering, platform engineering, and Security Automation, Orchestration, and Response (SOAR)
• Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives involving technology and operational capabilities
• Deep understanding of enterprise security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, and cloud security tools
• Experience applying automation, orchestration, and AI/ML in cybersecurity operations
