Cyber Risk Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of six, the full-time salaried Cyber Risk Management Manager will oversee cyber defense operations, focusing on automation, incident response, and threat forensics while working remotely, except in certain states.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the engineering team responsible for cyber threat detection and response capabilities
• Define and execute the technology roadmap for scalable and effective security operations
• Implement automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance cybersecurity operations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in cyber engineering, detection engineering, and Security Automation, Orchestration, and Response (SOAR)
• Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives across people, processes, and technology
• Deep understanding of enterprise security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, and cloud security tools
• Experience in applying automation, orchestration, and AI/ML to cybersecurity operations
