Cyber Security Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting security and compliance initiatives, the full-time Cyber Security Analyst will manage projects, documentation, and reporting while ensuring compliance across various cybersecurity frameworks, primarily working remotely with potential on-campus requirements for Kansas City Metro employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track infrastructure, security, and product certification projects across multiple cybersecurity frameworks
• Develop, maintain, and deliver project documentation for various internal teams and prepare monthly compliance reports
• Coordinate project schedules and facilitate cross-departmental tasks to ensure proper documentation and completion of all project phases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline preferred
• 5+ years of related experience in cybersecurity, auditing, or penetration testing
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows technology and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex problems
• Highly collaborative mindset with a focus on shared goals and team success
