Cyber Security Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting advanced Information Security and Cyber Threat management programs, the full-time Cyber Security Analyst II will analyze vulnerability and threat data, recommend process improvements, and facilitate the defense of the organization's information security while working remotely from NC, AZ, or NE.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate security incidents, system alerts, and audit events to detect potential threats against the Bank's networks and systems
• Analyze data from various operating systems, databases, and applications to proactively search for threats
• Produce reports documenting investigation and security incidents, providing actionable cyber-intelligence for daily operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Information Security, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in Information Security
• 6+ years of experience in Cyber Security and/or Information Technology preferred
• Proficiency in vulnerability scanning and reporting platforms such as Tenable, Qualys VMDR, Rapid7, Wiz, or Brinqa
• Experience with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
