Cyber Security Architect

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Cyber Security Architect will ensure secure design and configuration of applications and platforms in a remote work environment, focusing on evaluating security controls, enforcing security standards, and providing guidance on security configurations.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate new applications and services for security alignment with enterprise requirements
• Enforce security standards in collaboration with IT teams to enable secure technology solutions
• Analyze proposed configuration changes and their impact on security posture and architectural standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in cyber security, information technology, or relevant work experience
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in areas such as server engineering, cloud engineering, or security architecture
• Technical knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
• Experience with security tooling configuration such as EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, and SIEM
• Ability to work in large global environments and communicate effectively with diverse teams
