Cyber Security Architect
Job Summary
To ensure secure application and infrastructure architecture, the full-time remote Sr Staff Cyber Security Architect will conduct security architecture reviews for cloud and on-premise systems, draft risk assessment reports, and provide technical leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a security architecture subject matter expert for AWS and Azure deployments
- Draft and publish risk assessment reports and reusable solution patterns to enhance security documentation
- Research emerging technologies and build relationships to improve team effectiveness and influence security practices
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise IT and/or cybersecurity
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture
- Experience designing secure solutions in AWS and Azure
- Industry-recognized security certification such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security, or Azure Security certification
