Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Delivery & Transformation Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate security strategy development and roadmap planning with the CISO and Cyber leadership team
• Manage the end-to-end portfolio of Cyber Security initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategy and business priorities
• Design and implement the operating rhythm of the Cyber Security organization, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program, portfolio, or delivery leadership, particularly in Cyber/Information Security
• Proven success operating at the Director level in complex, regulated environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Deep expertise in program and portfolio management
• Strong understanding of information security domains and regulatory expectations
