Cyber Security Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Cyber Security Engagement will manage the operational execution of engagement programs and events, coordinating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance employee participation and awareness of Cyber Security Office priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an annual engagement plan aligned with Cyber Security Office priorities
• Plan and deliver internal events, including logistics, agenda design, and on-the-day support
• Measure and report on event effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal events, or internal communications
• Proven track record in designing and delivering complex events and engagement programs
• Experience working with senior leaders to deliver high-impact engagement activities
• Familiarity with regulated industries or global matrix organizations is advantageous
