Cyber Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join their team of qualified individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design IT architecture using expert knowledge of information assurance/security architecture and network security principles
• Provide expertise in systems lifecycle and security design processes
• Assess security protection needs for information systems and networks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or a High School diploma with 9 years of experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active Public Trust
• Experience in cybersecurity engineering or information assurance roles
• Solid understanding of security architecture and frameworks (e.g., NIST, DoD RMF, ISO 27001)
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and their associated security models
