Cyber Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Cyber Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business units and IT to ensure secure technology design and deployment
• Act as a security subject matter expert, focusing on security controls for AI systems and emerging technologies
• Communicate the importance of Cyber programs to gain support from business and technology teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years of experience in architecting secure products and maintaining security posture
• Knowledge of security best practices, including OWASP Top 10 and CWE/SANS Top 25
• Advanced technical knowledge in one or more security domains
• Experience performing Threat Analysis and modeling using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
• Familiarity with data and privacy regulations such as PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA
