Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide answers and recommendations for clients' cybersecurity inquiries
Manage the integration of new clients with the platform and assist in onboarding
Monitor clients' cyber tools and respond to potential issues rapidly

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity environment; preferred 5 years
Expertise in supported cyber tools (e.g., Firewalls, SIEMs)
Experience in systems deployment, management, and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of networking and security
Significant client delivery experience is preferred
