Cyber Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support enterprise IT and cybersecurity operations, the contract Cyber Security Engineer will manage day-to-day system administration tasks, including maintaining Linux and Windows environments, deploying cybersecurity applications, and remediating vulnerabilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of IT and IT Security tools and systems
• Deploy and maintain systems in collaboration with the ACI team
• Monitor daily ticket queues and manage incidents and work assignments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or related fields
• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban
• Basic scripting skills in languages such as Ansible, Python, or PowerShell
