Cyber Security Engineer
Job Summary
Focusing on delivering exceptional technical support to managed service customers, the full-time Cyber Security Engineer will provide guidance, troubleshoot security tool issues, and enhance clients' security postures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and proactive maintenance for clients' security products, addressing issues and enhancing their overall security posture
- Monitor technical issues and recommend solutions to reduce risks and improve the health of security systems
- Utilize SIEM and other tools for network investigations and perform post mortem analysis to identify malicious activities
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an Engineering or similar role in Cyber Security
- Experience with security tool application, server, and networking support
- Familiarity with automation or scripting, particularly in Regex and PowerShell
- Knowledge of Kusto Query Language (KQL) and experience with Prometheus and Grafana
- Microsoft Certifications (AZ500, MS500, SC200, SC100) preferred
