Cyber Security Engineer II

Job Summary

To ensure the technological and digital security of the Bank, the remote Cyber Security Engineer II will conduct penetration testing assessments, coordinate third-party vendor testing, and analyze vulnerabilities across organizational networks and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and conducting application penetration tests of complex computer systems from a remote testing location
• Coordinating third-party vendor testing and tracking vulnerabilities and metrics
• Analyzing and documenting test results while conveying technical information to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network, or Information Security, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in application penetration techniques and testing web applications and databases
• Familiarity with Kali Linux tools, Burp Suite, and pentesting frameworks such as OWASP and PTES
• Knowledge of the Secure System Development Lifecycle and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
