Cyber Security Engineering Lead

Job Summary

To protect clients' digital assets from evolving cyber threats, the full-time Cyber Security Engineering Lead will design, implement, and maintain security solutions while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across cybersecurity engineering, GRC, and security strategy teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security telemetry, investigate alerts, and respond to incidents across multi-cloud environments
• Design and implement identity solutions and enforce zero-trust identity frameworks in cloud environments
• Deploy and maintain cloud-native security tools to enforce security baselines and ensure regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or cloud security engineering with hands-on experience across at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Expertise in zero-trust architecture, cloud networking, container security, and vulnerability management
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and cloud-native threat models
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty or CISSP preferred
• Ability to adapt between engineering, strategy, compliance, and technical architecture discussions
