Cyber Security GTM Leader

Job Summary

Leading the cybersecurity go-to-market strategy, the full-time Cyber Security GTM Leader will build and scale the cybersecurity business, engage with executive security leaders, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the cybersecurity go-to-market organization, including sales motions and engagement strategies
• Establish a high-accountability operating model with strong performance management and talent development mechanisms
• Shape OpenAI's cybersecurity narrative and thought leadership strategy while driving execution on complex enterprise opportunities

Required qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in enterprise sales or go-to-market organizations, with significant senior leadership experience
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity, including experience with security organizations and executive security buyers
• Proven track record of building and scaling complex enterprise cybersecurity businesses
• Strong credibility with CISOs and executive security leaders, with insights on AI's impact on enterprise security
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience managing through multiple layers of leadership
