Cyber Security Manager

Job Summary

Leading the cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs, the full-time remote Cyber Security Manager will manage risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals to enhance organizational risk management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, standards, and control frameworks aligned with business objectives
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and maintain risk registers while partnering with teams to develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulations and frameworks, supporting audits and acting as a primary point for cybersecurity regulatory activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of related professional experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Deep knowledge of risk treatment and mitigation strategies
• Proven experience leading the implementation of an enterprise GRC tool
• Thorough understanding of cyber threats and vulnerabilities
