Cyber Security Manager (FedRAMP)

Job Summary

Leading FedRAMP and CMMC initiatives, the full-time remote Cyber Security Manager (FedRAMP) will design and implement secure cloud architectures, manage compliance documentation, and mentor junior consultants while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead readiness assessments for FedRAMP Moderate and CMMC, including system boundary validation and control gap analysis
• Design and implement cloud security architectures in alignment with NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-171 requirements
• Develop System Security Plans (SSPs) and coordinate with Third-Party Assessment Organizations during assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in FedRAMP and/or CMMC compliance efforts
• Deep understanding of NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-171 control frameworks
• Relevant certification preferred, such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Familiarity with GRC solutions, tools, and technologies
