Job Summary
To drive operational leadership and consultant success in a remote environment, the full-time Cyber Security Practice Manager will oversee a team of cybersecurity consultants and architects, ensuring successful customer engagements and high-quality delivery while collaborating with various departments to align resources and support practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Palo Alto Networks consultants through performance management and technical mentoring
- Drive consultant utilization and customer satisfaction through effective workload management and operational oversight
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to align consultant assignments with customer requirements and project demand
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or professional services
- 3+ years of experience leading technical consultants or cybersecurity professionals
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies and modern cloud security concepts
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex consulting engagements and delivery escalations
- Strong operational discipline with experience managing utilization and practice KPIs
