Cyber Security Principal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Security Principal to lead multiple cybersecurity workstreams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans
• Monitor and respond to emerging threats while communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Develop use cases, response procedures, and training materials while enhancing threat detection strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in IT or a related field
• At least four (4) years of experience in information security or network engineering
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with SOC operations
• Preferred certifications include CISA or CISM
