Job Summary

Leading a team of Security and IT technical program managers, the full-time salaried Cyber Security Program Manager will oversee the Cyber Security and IT program management portfolio, ensuring effective delivery of high-impact initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technical program managers, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Own the Cyber Security and IT program management portfolio, managing program scoping, prioritization, and delivery
• Partner with leadership to create a prioritized program roadmap and manage enterprise-wide delivery risks and dependencies

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years in program management or a similar role in a technology company, with at least 2 years of people management experience
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing program or delivery teams
• Deep expertise in program management best practices and tools across the project lifecycle
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of information security frameworks (e.g., NIST, PCI-DSS, HITRUST)
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
