Cyber Security Risk Manager

Job Summary

Driving the cyber threat management engineering strategy, the full-time Cyber Security Risk Manager will execute transformation initiatives toward automated, AI-augmented cyber operations while working remotely, except in specific states.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the cyber threat management engineering strategy to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce risk impact
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, aligning team priorities with enterprise cyber risk management goals
• Champion the adoption of AI, machine learning, and automation for autonomous investigation and response capabilities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, cyber risk management, or security operations, with at least 1 year in leadership roles
• Strong expertise in cyber engineering and security operations disciplines, including detection engineering and Security Automation, Orchestration, and Response (SOAR)
• Proven experience leading transformation initiatives involving people, processes, and technology
• Deep understanding of enterprise security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, and cloud security tools
• Experience implementing AI-driven or highly automated security operations
