Cyber Security Skillbridge Program Representative

Job Summary

A company in the Defense industry is offering a Cyber Security Skillbridge Program for Active Duty U.S. Military personnel with current Cyber Security operational experience.

Position Responsibilities:

• Participate in a program that exposes candidates to a variety of Technology and Security skill sets used in Cyber Incident Handling, Cyber Threat Detection, and Cyber Threat Intelligence
• Be assigned a Skillbridge Mentor who will guide the candidate through the program, serve as a sounding board for career goals, support external job searches, set up mock interviews, and support or coordinate resume review assistance
• Develop general skills such as resume support, interviewing, and peer interaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Level:

• Active Duty U.S. Military personnel with plans to separate within the next year
• Current Cyber Security operational experience
• Interest in Cyber Incident Handling, Cyber Threat Detection, and Cyber Threat Intelligence
• Willingness to participate in a program that lasts between 1-6 months
• Desire to transition from Active Duty to Civilian life and work in Cyber Security
