Cyber Security Staff Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Staff Security Lead will manage security practices, participate in design reviews, and lead incident resolution efforts while ensuring a security-first approach in application development.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in design reviews to implement security-first practices
• Design and implement development practices to ensure secure code delivery
• Lead ISG Security incidents to resolution and collaborate with Global Computer Security on vulnerability management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security with a focus on securing applications in AWS
• 5+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Go
• 3+ years of experience providing technical leadership across multiple teams
• 2+ years of experience with Continuous Integration and build pipeline automation
• 1+ year of experience coordinating SOC2 certification requirements
