Job Summary
To support a global customer base, the full-time Cyber Expert Support Engineer will troubleshoot complex technical incidents related to Acronis' products and services while building relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams, with opportunities for remote work available in various EMEA locations.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents for corporate customers across software, networking, and hardware environments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners while collaborating with various internal departments
- Participate in training and mentoring junior team members, and contribute to documentation and knowledge base development
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an advanced technical support role
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German) are a plus
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux/UNIX, including application-level troubleshooting
- Knowledge of security threat analysis and mitigation, with cybersecurity certifications preferred
- Expertise in networking and virtualization technologies, including enterprise-grade hypervisors
