Cyber Threat Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting ransomware and cyber extortion engagements, the full-time Cyber Threat Analyst will manage threat actor communications, document case developments, and conduct threat intelligence research while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with direct communications to threat actors and maintain detailed negotiation records
• Conduct research on threat actor trends and tactics to inform engagement strategies
• Prepare updates and documentation for engagement leads and supporting teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• 2+ years of professional experience in cyber incident response, threat intelligence, or related fields
• Preferred advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GCFE)
