Cyber Threat Analyst Trainee

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Threat Analyst - Trainee.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain hardening guides for applications, network, and system infrastructure
• Identify, evaluate, and implement key security tools for threat detection and incident response
• Provide guidance and best practices on Information Security to users and IT teams

Required Qualifications

• Desire for experience in Information Security with a strong work ethic
• Military Information Technology experience or applicable military designation in IT/cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and enterprise network security devices
• Education in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science preferred
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) preferred
