Cyber Threat Researcher

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Cyber Threat Researcher, this remote-eligible position will create mechanisms to connect various data sources, maintain expertise in the cyber threat landscape, and synthesize data to inform threat narratives while building relationships across internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Create mechanisms to connect internal and external data sources to highlight cyber threats
• Maintain industry-wide expertise on the current cyber threat landscape and attack vectors
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to inform instrumentation, detections, and threat narratives

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology
• At least 6 years of experience in incident response, threat hunting, threat intelligence, forensics, or offensive security
• At least 5 years of experience conducting investigations into cyber-enabled fraud or advanced persistent threats
• At least 3 years of experience with cyber threat intelligence frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
