Job Summary
Supporting the development of tools and products for cyber vulnerability research, the full-time Cyber Vulnerability Researcher will work remotely to test third-party capabilities, craft emulated threat scenarios, and collaborate on findings with team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Test and evaluate third-party capabilities using open source and proprietary tools
- Craft unique emulated threat scenarios leveraging tools such as Python/Scapy, Caldera, and Metasploit
- Document and collaborate on scenario development and findings with internal and external team members
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field with a minimum of 5+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in software development using Python, Java, and C++
- Experience with Linux and command line environments (e.g., Ubuntu, Red Hat, Rocky)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM, Proxmox)
- U.S. citizenship is required
