Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Warfare Finance Lead responsible for overseeing project controls and financial management within the Cyber Warfare Program Directorate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project controls efforts, including planning, scheduling, and cost analysis
• Provide financial support and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of monthly reporting and cash flow management
• Lead a team of Project Control Analysts and participate in growth efforts by analyzing key financial metrics

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project financial control and project management
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion
• Ability to coordinate staffing requirements and supervise project work activities
• Experience with internal and external audits, including compliance audits
• Strong analytical skills to drive decision-making and action planning
