Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Workforce Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Support human capital analytics capabilities using Tableau or Power BI
Implement cybersecurity coding structure aligned with NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework
Develop data visualizations, standardized position descriptions, and cyber workforce management programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

2-4 years' experience in cybersecurity or related field
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience
Experience with MS O365, PowerBi, and business analytics
Experience in Federal Human Resources Management is a plus
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
