CyberArk Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting and enhancing Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations, the contract CyberArk Operations Specialist will execute daily operational activities, manage account onboarding, and drive process improvements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily CyberArk operational activities, including account onboarding and platform maintenance
• Maintain the existing CyberArk environment, ensuring reliability and adherence to PAM policies
• Drive account onboarding efforts across various privileged accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting CyberArk in an operational capacity, including onboarding and remediation
• Strong working knowledge of PAM fundamentals, such as credential vaulting and access controls
• Experience onboarding and managing multiple types of privileged accounts
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues within a PAM environment
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency
