Job Summary
To support the Delivery Services team, the contract CyberArk Support Engineer will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise CyberArk environments, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams, all while working remotely until December 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Lead incident response activities, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for outages
- Take ownership of escalated technical issues, efficiently resolving complex problems while adhering to SLAs
- Perform advanced system administration tasks, including server configuration, maintenance, and upgrades as needed
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a CyberArk Engineer and/or Administrator
- 2+ years of experience managing, configuring, and optimizing CyberArk for large enterprises
- Experience with on-prem to cloud migration is a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
