Cyberbehavior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading behavior and change management initiatives, the full-time Cyberbehavior Program Manager will promote a cybersecurity-aware culture remotely by developing strategic programs, managing communications, and engaging key stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of a company-wide cyberbehavior program to build a security-first mindset
• Create and distribute targeted cybersecurity communications to drive awareness and behavior change among employees
• Partner with Cybersecurity, IT, and business leaders to align human-focused security initiatives with enterprise objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, business, information security, or a related field, along with 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management or project leadership
• CISSP, CISM, or CSAP certifications desired, with understanding of Social Cognitive Theory (SCT)
• Experience working in a multinational company with complex integrated environments
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts clearly
