Job Summary
Managing a select portfolio of strategic accounts, the full-time Cybersecurity Account Manager will sell security services and technology solutions, coordinate sales cycles, and enhance client satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives while leading the creation of multi-year strategic account management plans
- Develop a robust sales pipeline and achieve assigned gross margin targets through effective territory and account management
- Facilitate communication among clients, technology partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in IT product or services sales, preferably in cybersecurity
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and executing account prospecting plans
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional resources, including sales and technical support teams
- Demonstrated ability to build productive business relationships with key executives
- Strong negotiation skills and effective presentation capabilities
