Job Summary
Leading the newly formed Adversary Intelligence team, the full-time Cybersecurity Adversary Intelligence Manager will manage intelligence collection and adversary emulation programs while pioneering AI-driven automation to enhance threat intelligence and collaboration with the Security Operations Center.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct the unified intelligence collection, analysis, and adversary emulation programs, ensuring effective red team campaigns
- Architect and implement AI-driven automation workflows to enhance threat intelligence collection and emulation playbooks
- Guide and mentor a diverse team of senior offensive security engineers and threat intelligence analysts, fostering collaboration across disciplines
Required qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years in managing threat intelligence and offensive security operations
- Strong understanding of integrating AI, Large Language Models, or agentic frameworks into cybersecurity workflows
- Proven track record of collaboration with SOC, incident response, or detection engineering teams
- Deep technical mastery of attack simulation frameworks and threat intelligence platforms
- Certifications such as CISSP, OSCE/OSEP, GREM, GCTI, or equivalent industry expertise
