Cybersecurity Advisor
Job Summary
To support clients in the North East, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Advisor - VA/NC Licensed will design and implement secure networking solutions, leveraging sales skills and security expertise to align with client initiatives and enhance their cybersecurity posture.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive security programs tailored to client objectives across technology and services
- Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and support materials
- Maintain advisory relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate thought leadership in cybersecurity strategies
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent applicable work experience
- Minimum of five years in an information security role, preferably as a consulting advisor, architect, or engineer
- Experience with Network, OT, and Cloud Security technologies, including firewalls and SASE
- Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to lead technology-focused discussions
- Vendor-specific certifications related to cybersecurity specialties
