Cybersecurity Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Security Advisor, Falcon Complete (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer environments and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards
• Provide recommendations to customers for improved security and document customer-related issues
• Develop service reports and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Cybersecurity focused role
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS, ISC2 or equivalent
• Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
