Cybersecurity Advisor

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Cybersecurity Advisor will assess customer environments, provide security recommendations, and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards to enhance overall security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and align customer Falcon environments with Falcon Complete standards
• Provide recommendations and remediation strategies to improve customer security
• Document and resolve customer issues while developing service reports as needed

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in a Cybersecurity-focused role
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2
• Experience with threat detection and incident response
• Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
