Cybersecurity Advisor

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Cybersecurity Advisor will assess customer environments, provide security recommendations, and guide clients in achieving optimal security posture with Falcon Complete.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customer Falcon environments to ensure compliance with Falcon Complete standards
• Provide recommendations to improve customer security and document all related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
• Experience with threat detection and incident response
