Cybersecurity Advisor

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Security Advisor I will assess customer environments, provide security recommendations, and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards to enhance customer security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and align customers' Falcon environments with Falcon Complete standards
• Provide recommendations and remediation strategies to improve security for Falcon Complete customers
• Document and resolve customer-related issues while partnering with internal teams to ensure satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in a Cybersecurity-focused role
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
• Knowledge of threat detection and incident response
